I picked up this TV for my bedroom, so it is not my primary TV. I have only had it a month, but all is well. Very clear picture for HD channels and surprisingly good picture on the non-HD channels. I also like the feature that automatically spreads non-HD channels across the entire TV vs. having the black bars on the side. Definitely a good price for quality TV. Hopefully it will hold up for the long haul, but given that it is a Samsung, my guess is that it should hold up (hopefully I didn’t just jinx myself).
rough Start – M. huggins – North CarolinaAfter getting the TV set up and figuring out how to use it, we enjoyed 2 nights of watching high def tv, then the screen went dark. The company I was directed to for service could not come for a week. We decided to haul it ourselves to another authorized service center. We had to pick it up and then set it up again. It was a bit discouraging, hope it’s not the beginning of a trend. It looks great….for today…
